Oftentimes, our feet are neglected. Not because we purposefully ignore them, but because we don’t know the importance of taking care of them!
We use our feet everyday whether we realize it or not. From exercise, walking to and from work, the grocery store, playing with our kids, and standing while cooking! Our feet are a vital part of our lives; We must do everything we can to better care for them to avoid issues down the road.
